AP Course and Payment Schedule for 2024-2025 Deadline for registration and payment November 6th.

Make payment via SchoolPay on a Parent Source Account before November 6th. The payment window is open Students must keep a copy of the receipt for your records and to confirm payment. Students must Register (via CollegeBoard) Classroom Teacher will provide join code to add AP Course.

Standard Exam fee $120.00

Transaction fee (3.99%)  will be applied if you are paying by credit or with debit card.

No transaction fee when paying by cash or check (payable to West Seattle High School). Exact payment for cash needs to be provided at payment. See Ms. Penner in the fiscal office for payment for these types of transactions.

Full refund available for canceled exams by November 15th Partial refund will be available June 2025 for unused exams.

Fee waivers will be provided for students eligible for free or reduced lunch. if you are eligible than you must complete an updated Free and reduced lunch form for 2024-2025 by October 31st. Double check that you opt into benefits that include AP and College Board exam fees.

Once approved your exam fee is $20.00.

Students not enrolled in AP courses at WSHS that wish to take an AP Exam must contact the district office of Assessment and Instructional Improvement director Aira Jackson ajjacksonsam@seattleschools.org  they will assist you.

AP Exams will be in person at West Seattle HS May 5th-16th. Visit the College Board website for the AP Exam Schedule. Late exams are not available this year at WSHS due to budget constraints.
