Sexual Violence Resource GroupThe Sexual Violence Resource Group (SVRG) is a student-led initiative dedicated to combating sexual violence, fostering a culture of consent, and ensuring students have access to the support they need inside and outside of West Seattle High. The SVRG achieves this mission by uplifting resources, creating educational content, and collaborating with school administrators, staff, and local organizations to ensure students have safe spaces they can turn to for help.   • Be prepared to discuss the details of your fundraiser at that time
    Your fundraiser must have a start and end date
    You must know what you intend to use the money raised for
  • Example: Key Club raising money for club dues

Fundraising Event

  • Can happen on or off campus
  • Food sold during school hours must follow health code regulations and be approved with the kitchen prior
  • Food must be individually wrapped
  • After school, any food items can be sold
  • No events involving alcohol
  • No gambling (including money raffles)

Per admin: Before a poster is hung, you must get it stamped and approved by Mrs. Ferda or Mrs. Huber in the front office

Posters should be school appropriate and not degrade or put down any individual or other clubs

Do not cover other posters, art or decor already hung in the school

Posters must be hung on bulletin boards not on the walls

  • Mr. Glover is running journalism
  • They film Thursday & Friday
  • If you work with them far enough in advance, they can make a segment for you
  • Your club can also create your own segments. People enjoy seeing faces of the actual members

ASB has limited funds through the years of no fundraising in COVID but we do try to support our clubs as best we can.

If you have a request for a purchase we will either vote to help fund it or help you raise money to fund it.

Either way, ASB is here to support.
