About Your Counselors

West Seattle Counseling Department offers each student an individualized and comprehensive high school and beyond plan including course selection, academic achievement, progress toward meeting graduation requirements, personal and social competencies, and post-secondary and career options and planning.
Westside's counselors are always looking forward to meeting with families to provide support and offer community resources. Three full-time counselors serve all students at West Seattle High School. Student assignment with counselor is determined by the first letter of his/her last name. Counselor alphabet designations are as follows:

You can now book a 30-minute appointment with your counselor through Outlook Booking. Please find your counselor below and follow the instructions to creating a meeting with your counselor. Please note that your meetings are held via Microsoft Teams.
COVID-19 support:
School Counselors are available for support during normal school hours during the school building closure. If you need immediate mental health support, or support outside of school hours, contact:
