You’re invited to Latino Family Night
When: Wednesday, November 4, 2015 from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
Where: The Library
Who: Latino families and students
What: This night is an opportunity to address what the data says specifically about our Latino students while acknowledging that there is work to be done, but not blaming these students or families for the gap that exists. This is also an opportunity to give value to the voice of students and families from a Latino background. The night will include a light dinner, some data and goal sharing and a time for your voice to be heard. Child care is also available. We are looking at this as an opportunity to build lasting relationships with our Latino families. Translation will be available.
Why: We want to partner with our Latino students and families on how to better serve you.
Questions: Please contact Rebecka McKinney at 206-252-8833 or email@example.com if you have any questions about this event.
Thank you! We’re excited to see you on November 4th.
