Students who qualify for Free and Reduced Lunch may now submit parental consent forms (required for participation) to receive free transit passes.
This new ORCA card program, funded by the City of Seattle, applies to high school and middle school students who:
1) Live one to two miles from their assigned school and
2) Do not currently receive district provided transportation and
3) Qualify for Free and Reduced Price Lunch
To apply for the ORCA cards, students or families may pick up a parent consent form and an ORCA card Conditions of Usage Agreement at the main office of their assigned school or online on the districts Transportation webpage.
The ORCA card parental consent form contains instructions for submission to the district's Transportation Department.
