anyone who needs help filling out the Free Application for Federal

(WASFA). This night is open to students from any school and will be held

PTSA Grants Available - Applications Due Jan 13
The PTSA has approved up to $8,000 in disbursements this year in the form of small academic grants. Now is your chance to submit a request for one of these small or “mini” grants. Grants could be used to fund purchase of equipment, supplies or other tangible goods. Funding priority is given to activities or projects that have a lasting impact on teaching and learning and those which benefit the greatest number of WSHS students. Deadline for grant applications is Friday, January 13th at 4PM. Send completed applications to Amy Doll or place in the PTSA mailbox.

The Westside Weekly will be happy to publish any student-related material. Community activities, clubs, camps, collection drives, fundraisers, and we especially love highlighting student achievement of any kind. Please send information to the editor via email. Articles for Monday are due the Saturday prior at 3pm.

WSHS varsity games versus Garfield, Liberty, and Cleveland (as well as the JV game vs. Sealth) were photographed by the WPN Network of photographers. They capture great action shots of the guys on the field and on the sideline. Copies may viewed and purchased through the Metro League photographer’s website.
